These were the pictures captured this morning! (july 14, 2008) Nope, you are right, its not FRANK the typhoon. This ics flooding was due to a water leak on the second floor of physci (imsp part). The water was leaking from a steel pipe at the IMSP wing which is located at the 2nd floor of Physci, which is directly above the ICS wing. The water went to the ceiling of the library and the adjacent staff room which happen to be the stock room! So the water was dripping all Sunday, flooding the four staff room including the library and the network room!!
